This sterilizer uses saturated steam as the sterilization medium. By venting cold air under gravity, the saturated steam completely penetrates the surface of the items, killing all microorganisms and their spores under high pressure. The sterilization effect is reliable and is the most effective method among physical sterilization methods. It is widely used in the medical industry, medicine, biochemistry, agricultural science, laboratories, and universities for sterilizing rubber, dressings, liquids, instruments, and other items. 1. Top flip-top door structure.
2. The use of multi-point evenly distributed synchronous linkage pressing technology makes the door seal more reliable.
3. The 7-inch true-color touchscreen can simultaneously display: sterilization temperature, time, mode, door status, running progress status, graphs, and alarm status.
4. 10 standard programs and 2 custom programs with a total of 200 storable programs (Program names and parameters can be set according to the user's sterilization needs). The instrument can be managed in three levels: operator, administrator, and senior management.
5. Each sterilization program can be scheduled to run automatically at a preset time.
6. It can store 20,000 sterilization records, view historical data, and export data to a USB drive.
7. Built-in F0 value calculation function.
8. Equipped with a high-powered cooling fan to accelerate chamber temperature decrease during the cooling phase.
