Overheat protection: Automatically shuts off heating and provides audible and visual alarms in case of overheating.
Electric interlock safety: Prevents the start of a cycle if the door is not properly locked or prohibits door opening when the chamber is pressurized or power is disconnected.
Door-temperature interlock safety: Prevents explosion of liquids by cooling them down to a safe temperature limit (20℃ lower than the local boiling point) before opening the door.
Anti-burning protection: Automatically cuts off heating with audible and visual alarms when the autoclave is lacking water.
Steam pressure safety valve: Automatically activates when the chamber pressure exceeds the limit.
Electrical circuit safety device: Includes over-current and short-circuit protection for enhanced safety.
Automatic sterilization: The autoclave performs heating, sterilization, steam discharge, and drying automatically. These processes can be easily set and monitored through the LCD touch screen.
Built-in steam generator: Ensures that the media remains uncontaminated during sterilization.
Buzzer alerts: Provides audible signals for working errors and signals the end of the sterilization cycle.
Automatic atmospheric pressure adjustment: Allows for installation and operation in plateau areas by automatically adjusting to the prevailing atmospheric pressure.
Standard with printer: Offers the choice to connect a printer for real-time recording of the sterilization process, error logs, and alarm information.

The top of the machine is equipped with a safety relief valve and a carrying handle structure, which is convenient for manual transportation or movement. The sealing latch is strong and durable, effectively preventing steam leakage and enhancing the stability of the whole machine. Demonstrating the front double door structure of Class N autoclave, the inner cavity is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, and is convenient for loading surgical instruments and glassware. Door sealing ring precision fit, to ensure that the sterilization process is sealed and reliable.
The internal cavity structure is clearly displayed, equipped with trays and brackets, allowing users to flexibly place items to be sterilized. The cavity adopts mirror polishing treatment, anti-bacteria residue, easy to maintain. Equipped with sensors to monitor the temperature and pressure in real time to ensure the sterilization effect.
The back of the Class N autoclave displays the heat sink, power connector and drain port in a reasonable layout. Equipped with overheating protection and automatic vapor exhaust device to enhance operational safety and service life, in line with medical and laboratory standardization requirements.
Class B autoclaves utilize “pre-vacuum” technology, which completely removes air from the chamber through multiple evacuations and steam injections. This ensures that steam can penetrate deep into the interior of a wide range of instruments, including packaged instruments, hollow instruments and complex medical tools. It is suitable for hospitals, dental clinics, biological laboratories and other environments with high sterilization requirements. Because it is more powerful and more thorough, it is also relatively expensive and costly to use.
In contrast, the Class N autoclave uses a “gravity displacement” method of sterilization and is only suitable for exposed solid instruments such as scalpels and forceps. The Class N sterilizer is simple, inexpensive and easy to operate, and is often used in small clinics or general laboratories.
