The ultrasonic glass reactor is a multifunctional and multi-purpose instrument that utilizes strong ultrasonic waves to generate cavitation effects in liquids, enabling ultrasonic treatment of substances. It can be used for the disruption of various animal and plant cells, as well as virus. It can also be employed for emulsification, separation, homogenization, extraction, defoaming, cleaning, and accelerating chemical reactions, etc. It is widely applied in fields such as biochemistry, microbiology, medicinal chemistry, surface chemistry, physics, and zoology.
1. The Ultrasonic glass reactor features high operational safety, with integrated over-temperature, overload, and time-out alarms, as well as user-level password protection.
2. It supports intelligent program management, enabling users to create and store up to 20 customizable operating protocols.
3. Key ultrasonic parameters—such as time and power—are continuously adjustable with high stability, ensuring optimal performance across diverse sample volumes and processing requirements.
4. Remote operation is supported via a standard communication interface on the ultrasonic main unit, allowing full start/stop control and real-time monitoring from a connected computer.
5. The mixer incorporates a programmable timer; its brushless DC motor operates silently and remains thermally stable under continuous load.
6. The homogenizing emulsifier delivers uninterrupted operation for up to 4 hours, and gear selection (A–G) is convenient (only for GR-5LU).
7. The glass reaction vessel features an unobstructed frontal view, enabling direct visual monitoring of the entire reaction process.
8. A Space-efficient design is achieved through a modular, stackable support frame—ideal for compact laboratory environments.
9. All glass components are fabricated from borosilicate glass, offering exceptional resistance to thermal shock, chemical corrosion, and extreme temperatures—attributable to its low coefficient of linear expansion.
10. A fully detachable discharge valve ensures convenient material evacuation from the reactor.
11. All wetted parts are constructed exclusively from borosilicate glass or PTFE, guaranteeing superior corrosion resistance in aggressive media.
12. Homogenizing emulsification (only for GR-5LU), ultrasonic treatment, and vortex stirring can be activated simultaneously or independently.
