This single layer glass reactor is composed of electric constant speed stirring system, condensation, dropping system and heating bath. While stirring the materials, the bath heats the materials in the kettle. The evaporation efficiency can be increased under vacuum conditions ( a vacuum device need to be connected). The solvent vapor is cooled into liquid when passing through the glass condensing coil (a cooling device need to be connected), which can be refluxed into the kettle. It can also be recycled in collection flask.
This series of products need to be equipped with a vacuum device, a cooling circulating device, etc. to form a system devices.
The parts in contact with the material are all made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and PTFE materials, which have stable performance and are not easy to react with the materials.
The main stent is made of cold plate anti-corrosive spray + aluminum alloy. And the bath is made of stainless steel.
ON-OFF tilt switch to control stirring and heating.
Electronic stepless speed regulation, fine-adjustment through knobs, speed box digital displaying speed.
Constant temperature bath with temperature digital display, K-type sensor + stainless steel probe at bottom of bath.
The stirring system uses ceramic bearings and mechanical seal to prevent the stirring rod from wearing out.
Vacuum pressure gauge shows real-time vacuum indicated by pointer.
Crescent-type stirring paddle, 304 stainless steel + PTFE stirring blade; the material of the stirring rod is 304 stainless steel, and it is wrapped in PTFE tube outside.
