Digital LCD display of both rotation speed and heating temperature allows for optimal control of all distillation processes
Automatic motor lift releases the evaporating flask to a safe position in case of power failure
5L heating bath with wide temperature range from room temperature to 180°C Water/oil heating mode can be changed only through a switch
Overheating protection temperature at 220 °C
Boil-dry protection, automatically power off if heating without water/oil in the heating bath
Speed range from 20 to 280rpm, and interval operation in clockwise and anticlockwise directions for drying process
Condenser (cooling surface 1700cm) with excellent cooling effect
Ejection mechanism ensures easy removal of evaporating flask
Patented double spring sealing ring made of PTFE provides an excellent sealing performance
Optional glassware with explosion proof film available
The front of the rotary evaporator has a clear and concise design, with all key operating components centered in front of the user's operation for ease of use.
Made of stainless steel with a rounded sink structure. Smooth surface for easy cleaning and good corrosion resistance at the same time.
A rotary evaporator uses heat, rotation, and vacuum to efficiently evaporate solvents. The rotating flask increases surface area, while the vacuum lowers the boiling point, allowing for gentle evaporation at low temperatures. Condensed vapors are collected in a separate flask, making it ideal for solvent removal or concentration.
Set up the system – Connect the evaporator to a vacuum pump, cooling water, and receiving flask.
Add sample – Pour the liquid into the evaporation flask (don’t overfill).
Secure flask – Attach the flask to the rotary joint and secure with a clip.
Start rotation – Begin rotating the flask (usually 100–150 rpm).
Set water bath – Adjust the temperature (commonly 30–60°C).
Apply vacuum – Turn on the vacuum slowly to reduce pressure and start evaporation.
Collect solvent – Condensed vapors collect in the receiving flask.
Finish – Stop rotation, turn off vacuum, raise the flask, and remove it carefully.
