Multi-mode Microplate Reader Application:

ELMR-6700 series is a multi-mode microplate reader with integrated intelligent dispensing system and advanced algorithms. Fully supports high-throughput screening and kinetic analysis across fluorescence, chemiluminescence (glow/flash), and full-wavelength absorbance modes.

  1. Fluorescence Mode: High-throughput nucleic acid and protein quantification, analysis of cellular function and phenotype.

  2. Luminescence Mode: Flash kinetics experiments, glow (long-lasting) assays.

  3. Absorbance Mode: Full-wavelength spectral scanning, high-throughput conventional ELISA.

  4. Automated Kinetic Assays: Multi-reagent triggered assays, expandable to up to three automatic dispensers to accommodate complex time-series kinetic tracking.

Multi-mode Microplate Reader Feature:

  1. Three detection modes, absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence, both the fluorescence and luminescence filter wheels are 12-position filter wheels.

  2. Automatic gain dynamic range, equipped with light source reference detector for stable excitation light source

  3. Intelligent gain adjustment function, amplification factor is regulated based on the signal intensity of samples, allowing samples of varying intensities and from different batches to be normalized to a consistent level for calculation and analysis. (only for ELMR-6700FLD).

  4. Absorbance mode equipped with a light source reference detector, ensuring light source stability and data reproducibility.

  5. Flash detection supported, Unique liquid separation level for chemiluminescence, enabling simultaneous liquid separation and detection without movement

  6. 3 liquid separation holes available, supporting simultaneous placement of three reagents for automatic liquid separation

  7. The software features powerful data analysis capabilities, such as switching between linear and logarithmic coordinate scales, normalisation, dose-response and kinetics analysis, categorisation and quality control. This enables users to perform their desired analyses without the need for external software.

  8. Dynamic settings can be configured for a duration of up to 7 days and support linear oscillation; 10 speed levels and 3 amplitude levels are adjustable.

  9. Optional audit trail functionality available to ensure the authenticity and and immutability of experimental data.
