Three detection modes, absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence, both the fluorescence and luminescence filter wheels are 12-position filter wheels.
Automatic gain dynamic range, equipped with light source reference detector for stable excitation light source
Intelligent gain adjustment function, amplification factor is regulated based on the signal intensity of samples, allowing samples of varying intensities and from different batches to be normalized to a consistent level for calculation and analysis. (only for ELMR-6700FLD).
12+1 independent optical channels (absorbance mode): 12 channels for sample measurement, 1 serves as a real-time light intensity reference. Designed to ensure high-throughput detection efficiency while effectively eliminating measurement errors caused by fluctuations in the light source.
Fully compatible with 96 and 384 well plates, unique adjustable optical channel aperture design to prevents cross-talk between wells and edge-effect light loss, ensuring the accuracy and reproducibility of detection data.
Unique liquid separation level for chemiluminescence, enabling simultaneous liquid separation and detection without movement
3 liquid separation holes available, supporting simultaneous placement of three reagents for automatic liquid separation
Intelligent temperature control system support automatically triggers detection once the target temperature is reached, with gradient-temperature anti-condensation design ensures accurate results for samples with lids.
The software features powerful data analysis capabilities, such as switching between linear and logarithmic coordinate scales, normalisation, dose-response and kinetics analysis, categorisation and quality control. This enables users to perform their desired analyses without the need for external software.
Dynamic settings can be configured for a duration of up to 7 days and support linear oscillation; 10 speed levels and 3 amplitude levels are adjustable.
Optional audit trail functionality available to ensure the authenticity and and immutability of experimental data.
