UV vis spectrophotometer is an instrument for detecting DNA, RNA, and protein concentration. A sample volume of 0.5 to 2 μl is required for each measurement, allowing fast, accurate and reproducible micro-measurements without dilution. Accessories such as cuvettes or capillaries are not required. At the end of the measurement, you can wipe off the sample directly or use a pipette to retrieve it. The procedure is quick and easy. It can also detect the concentration of OD600 bacteria/microorganisms and other culture fluids.
