The Nano Core UV-FL Series extends the excellent micro-volume nucleic acid/protein quantification capabilities of the Nano Core Series
by integrating a fluorescence detection module, elevating spectrophotometric measurements to a new level of performance. The series includes
two models, NC-1000FL and NC-2000FL, integrating high-sensitivity quantitative fluorescence, nucleic acids and QC ratios, protein analysis,
and OD600 microbial monitoring. Meet the precise detection needs of diverse experimental scenarios with superior performance, serves as a
cost-effective analytical tool for users.
Ultra-micro UV-Vis module: Nucleic acid(DNA, RNA, mRNA, oligonucleotides, etc.) quantitation & QC ratios(260/280,260/230), Protein
assay & purity analysis (260/280 ratio), OD600 microbial monitoring, BCA/Bradford/Lowry protein analysis
Fluorescence detection module: Fluorescent dye-labeled nucleic acid & protein detection, built-in blue solid-state light emitting diode (LED),
with optional red, green, and UV LEDs, with sensitivity up to 0.5 pg/μL dsDNA.
NC-2000: Equipped with a 2048-element CMOS Linear Image Sensor, enabling instantaneous acquisition of full-wavelength spectrum,
with an absorbance range extended to 0.04–300 Abs, and a LOD of 2 ng/μL dsDNA.
NC-1000: Utilizes an ultraviolet silicon photodiode, with an absorbance range of 0.2–100 Abs and repeatability ≤ 0.05 nm,
ensuring high accuracy for basic quantitative tasks.
High-sensitivity photodiode array detector with a detection limit as low as 0.5 pg/μL for dsDNA, well-suited for trace amounts of precious samples.
Integrates Ion Sphere mode, fluorometer mode, and fluorescence standard curve module, supporting direct measurement of fluorescence intensity
and compatible with various reagent kits and experimental methods.
Detection time < 5 seconds with instant measurement and display. 7-inch high-definition capacitive touchscreen with intuitive design for independent
operation. Built-in thermal printer allows for one-click printing of test results, making data traceability more convenient.
The sample base is made of a composite material of quartz fiber and high-hardness aluminum, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and durable.
