The Nano Core Series microvolume UV-Vis spectrophotometer is an intelligent detection platform designed specifically for the life sciences field.
Integrating advanced micro-volume detection technology and a user-friendly operating system, it can complete high-precision concentration
measurements within 5 seconds using only 0.5–2 μL of sample. The series includes two models, NC-1000 and NC-2000, respectively meeting diverse
needs from basic nucleic acid/protein quantification to full-spectrum scanning and colorimetric analysis. Our products automatic path length
switching technology, stable performance, versatile functionality and highly sensitive detector ensure data accuracy and repeatability, meeting the
fundamental and diverse needs of molecular biology laboratories, drug development centers, and clinical testing institutions.
Microvolume Platform: 0.5–2μL sample loading volume, with basic automatic switching From 0.05 mm to 1.0 mm optical path lengths. Patented
support allows for customizable optical path lengths to cover a wide concentration range without manual dilution.
Cuvette Platform: 10 mm standard optical path cuvette, supporting OD600 microbial assays. Suitable for various cuvettes—quartz, glass, or plastic
NC-2000: A long-life xenon flash lamp (flash count > 10⁹), requires no warm-up, ready to use immediately. Supports full
wavelength scanning from 190–850 nm with bandwidth of 2 nm.
NC-1000: Utilizes a UV silicon photocell with a fixed dual-wavelength design at 260/280 nm. Optimized for rapid nucleic acid/protein
concentration measurement, offering cost-effective performance.
NC-2000: A 2048-element CMOS Linear Image Sensor, enabling instantaneous acquisition of full-wavelength spectrum, with an
absorbance range extended to 0.04–300 Abs, and a LOD of 2 ng/μL dsDNA.
NC-1000: Utilizes an ultraviolet silicon photodiode, with an absorbance range of 0.2–100 Abs and repeatability ≤ 0.05 nm, ensuring high accuracy
for basic quantitative tasks.
Detection time < 5 seconds with instant measurement and display. 7-inch high-definition capacitive touchscreen with intuitive design for
independent operation. Built-in thermal printer allows for one-click printing of test results, making data traceability more convenient.
The sample base is made of a composite material of quartz fiber and high-hardness aluminum, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and durable.
Wide voltage power supply (100–240 V) and low power consumption design (<15 W), energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
