This system realizes one-click completion from 1 sample digestion → 2 exhaust gas collection → 3 exhaust gas neutralization treatment → 4 digestion to stop heating → 5 digestion duct and heating body separation and cooling to be used, realizing the sample automate the digestion process, improve the working environment, and reduce the work intensity of operators.
2. Test tube bracket in place detection: the test tube bracket is not placed or the system alarm is not in place, preventing equipment damage caused by no sample or wrong placement of the test tube operation.
3. Anti-fouling tray and alarm system: Anti-fouling tray can prevent the acid solution of the exhaust gas collection port from polluting the operating table or other environments. If the tray is not removed, the operating system alarm and stops running.
