The vacuum emulsification reactor is a precision-engineered system capable of performing dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, and mixing of materials under precisely controlled vacuum or pressurized conditions. Its principal applications include the formulation of dairy-based creams, cosmetic emulsions, pharmaceutical suspensions and ointments; the uniform dispersion of particulates, including solids, fibers, and high-viscosity pastes;and extraction of enzymes from biological tissues.
1. Both the homogenizer and the mixer are powered by brushless DC motors, providing a carbon brush-free working environment to prevent carbon powder from contaminating the samples.
2. The reactor lid features motorized, one-touch vertical lifting function with integrated pinch-protection.
3. The vessel can be flipped, which is convenient for discharge of processed materials.
4. A safety guard fully encloses the homogenizer cutter head, preventing accidental contact with the vessel wall during operation or maintenance.
5. Structural components—including the base plate, support column, and mounting frame—are made of 304 stainless steel, easy to clean.
6. The system supports seamless integration with HUXI inline emulsification units, enabling scalable multi-stage emulsification for enhanced efficiency and emulsification effect.
7. The agitator shaft is rigidly coupled to the vessel using anchor claw connection, effectively suppressing torsional vibration and reducing operational noise.
8. A purpose-built PTFE-coated circumferential wall scraper ensures complete vessel wall coverage, thereby minimizing material accumulation on internal surfaces.
9. An external recirculating chiller can be applied, enabling precise temperature control of the process medium throughout the entire cycle.
