The blood thawing machine is mainly suitable for blood centers, blood stations, hospital blood transfusion departments and other units, and is widely used for the rapid thawing of frozen blood components and biological products. The general working principle of the thawing device is to use water as the circulating medium, and control the water temperature within the set range by heating or cooling, and then circulate the constant temperature water to the thawing chamber through the water pump and circulation pipeline, so that the water and plasma are fully in contact to achieve heat exchange and transfer.
After the set time is reached, the water pump stops circulating, and the water in the thawing chamber flows back to the heating water tank to achieve a thawing process. If the water quality becomes dirty or the plasma bag ruptures, it can be automatically cleaned and replaced with water immediately. The blood thawing machine produced by our company is also equipped with UV lamps to provide a sterilization function for the internal heating water tank.
