DA-11191 distills oil samples in a single tube by manually adjusting the heating power and collects the condensate in an integrated recovery chamber. Designed for the determination of the distillation characteristics (boiling range) of light petroleum products, such as natural gasoline, automotive gasoline, aviation kerosene, diesel fuel, and solvent oils (at atmospheric pressure).
Integrated unit comprises an auxiliary heating device, a cooling bath, a voltage regulation system, a distillation assembly, and a stirring mechanism (with recovery chamber).
Distillation flask heater features a parallel design, providing a large heating surface area and uniform heat distribution.
Heating unit is equipped with a height-adjustment knob for convenient vertical positioning.
Advanced voltage regulation circuit allowing for continuous voltage adjustment (10V to 220V), heating power is controlled by varying the voltage, enabling precise adherence to standard heating rate requirements.
Cooling bath is constructed from stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and an extended service life.
Temperature control is managed via an LED digital display controller, offering clear readings and high precision (accuracy of ±0.5°C).
