The MAC-30S system automatically and easily creates precise and repeatable gaseous environments, including anaerobic, microaerophilic, and custom-designed gas compositions, suitable for culturing anaerobic bacteria, microaerophilic bacteria, cells, and other biological samples. Equipped with a pre-reduced culture medium system (PRAS), it supports 24/7 standby, features one-button start and automatic operation, ensuring efficient operation in clinical and microbiology laboratories.
1. Benchtop design enables 24/7 standby, achieving full operational readiness in 1 minute. Compact and lightweight, it requires no consumables or vulnerable parts, and requires no regular downtime for maintenance.
2. Smart program control with reliable reproducibility: The host software features programming function, after selecting the required program, the system automatically performs air extraction, inflates gases in proportion. The system can prepare gas environments for both anaerobic and microaerophilic projects without replacing gas cylinders in between, with the program switching time for different projects ≤10 seconds.The culture conditions are controllable, with 100% reproducibility, reliable results, and avoidance of misjudgment of culture results.
3. Built-in MCU enables self-test of the software system and the performance of built-in gas valve hardware at each startup, with self-test time ≤ 5 seconds.
4. Low gas consumption: A single 10 L 150 bar Oxygen-free gas cylinder can produce over 950 micro-oxygen tanks and more than 200 anaerobic tanks

Equipped with quality assurance functions including tank connection test, gas input pressure test, culture tank air leakage test, 5-level seal leakage test and 5-level anaerobic catalyst activity test. Abnormal status or catalyst inactivation will be displayed on the screen to ensure the accuracy of culture results.
9. Traceability of Experimental Parameters: Equipped with a built-in dedicated printer to provide traceable original records of various experimental parameters; a data export system is optional.
