Fusion Furnace

Fusion furnace is used in experiments and production in fields such as electronics, ceramics, metallurgy, glass, and new material development, and is mainly applied to the heating and melting of samples in pyrometallurgical assays.

Fusion Furnace Feature:

1. External Structure: The fusion furnace shell is made of galvanized steel sheet and mounted on a steel frame. The outer surface is electrostatically sprayed.

2. The inner surface of the furnace is made of alumina refractory bricks, and the back is made of insulating refractory bricks. Independent furnace chamber, facilitating maintenance and replacement, suitable for experiments and production in multiple fields.

3. "K" type thermocouple, providing high measurement accuracy. High temperature control accuracy, ensuring uniform and stable furnace temperature.

4. Pneumatically controlled door opening, foot switch for convenient user operation, convenient operation, keeping the scorching furnace door away from the operator, avoiding safety hazards caused by high-temperature environments.

5. Uses high-insulation refractory bricks, providing excellent insulation.
