The fully automatic dissolution sampling and collection system adopts a modular design, which fully realizes automatic dosing, automatic sampling, automatic collection, automatic cleaning and other tasks. Users can use different numbers of cups to implement dissolution experiments of different preparations and different methods.The software system has multi-level authority management and method storage, and can export experimental data and work logs, fully meeting the needs of GMP audit and verification.

1. Adopt 14-inch LCD touch all-in-one machine for operation, which can be freely extended and placed in different positions.
2. The instrument has a computer software operating system, which is easier to use,it has icon buttons like a smartphone, and is extremely easy to operate . The full Chinese operating system is easy to operate and has strong applicability.
3. The 8-cup 8- paddle double-row design allows for automatic sampling of up to 8 cups of samples at the same time, and meets the control requirements for blank samples and standard products (DSC-F8DA).
4. The 14-cup 12-paddle double-row design is adopted, which can automatically sample up to 12 cups of samples at the same time, and meet the control requirements of blank samples and standard products (DSC-F12DA).
5. The paddle , basket and rotating basket are made of high-quality 316L stainless steel , It can also be equipped with a PTFE-coated paddle according to user needs.
6. The instrument is equipped with an automatic synchronous dosing device, which can realize synchronous dosing of dissolution tests.
7. It has dual-mode settings of synchronous speed and step speed, and can be equipped with up to 2 stirring motors for zone speed control to meet different experimental needs.
8. The instrument's automatic sampling needle is made of PEEK material, which can be used in any dissolution medium, will not rust for life, and has no sample adsorption;
9. The instrument has four levels of authority management, including super administrator (unlimited), administrator (unlimited), laboratory technician (unlimited), and visitor (unlimited), with a hierarchical management system. Effectively solve the problem of each user.
