The box-type atmosphere furnace is an ideal equipment for atmosphere-protected sintering and atmosphere restoration in universities, research institutes and industrial and mining enterprises. It features uniform thermal field, fast heating rate, energy saving and the ability to inject various gases.
It is widely used for scientific research and small-batch production in enterprise and public institution, also in the fields of ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical engineering, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials involved in scientific research and teaching in colleges.
1. Appearance Design: It adopts a humanized design, elegant and easy to operate.The outer paint layer is treated with high-temperature baking process of powder coating, which makes it high temperature resistant, oxidation resistant, acid and alkali resistant.
2. Structure Design: The shell adopts a double-layer forced air-cooling structure.Cooling is fast, which can make the external temperature of the furnace close to the room temperature when the furnace is at high temperature, avoiding the occurrence of accidental injuries.
3. Furnace Chamber Design: It adopts a stepped assembly structure, integrates the laws of mechanics, effectively ensures the force is evenly applied during the heating process, guarantees that thermal energy is not easily lost, and prolongs the service life of the furnace chamber.
4. Furnace Chamber Material: The furnace chamber is made of high qualified alumina ceramic fiber, with features of excellent heat preservation, light weight and high temperature resistance, resistant to sudden temperature changes, no cracks, no crystallization and on crumbling. There is no worry about polluting the products being fired.
5. Temperature Control Mode: Standard with intelligent 30 segment PID temperature control.
6 .Temperature Control Safety: The electric furnace adopts integrated circuit and module control to make the electric furnace work stably, reliably and safely.With protection functions such as bias temperature protection, over-temperature protection, broken circuit protection, over-current protection, etc.
7. Gas can be injected: All inert gases, such as mixed gases, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide, argon,.etc.
8. Gas control: The intake end can have 1 or more intake ports. Each intake port is equipped with a ball valve and is connected to a vacuum gauge. The exhaust end is connected to one exhaust hole, one vacuum extraction hole. All the holes are equipped with ball valves. The vacuum pump is standard.
9. Sealing Method: The overall surface of furnace door adopts milling and grinding treatment, and the silicone strip is embedded in the seal, which has strong sealing performance and is easy to open and close.
