Corrosion of cast aluminum alloys in engine coolants tester measures the corrosive effect of engine coolants on cast iron under heat transfer conditions. Commonly applied to conduct corrosion tests on compacted graphite iron, gray cast iron, and cast aluminum alloys exposed to engine coolants at heat-transfer temperatures ranging from 170°C to 200°C.
Heat-conducting corrosion cell is meticulously crafted from heat-resistant glass (with stainless steel as an option), with both the lid and base made of high-quality stainless steel.
Sample inlet is located on the top lid and features a dedicated sealing cap, ensuring safe and convenient sample loading.
The assembly utilizes 4 sturdy stainless steel pillars to securely connect the lid and base, guaranteeing structural rigidity and stability during long-term operation.
