X-ray Fluorescence Sulfur Analyzer Application:

Based on X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectroscopy, employs high-energy X-rays to directly irradiate oil samples, exciting the inner-shell electrons of sulfur atoms and causing them to emit characteristic X-ray fluorescence. The sulfur content is determined by measuring the energy and intensity of this characteristic X-ray emission. It is commonly used for the routine monitoring of crude oil, heavy oil, residual oil, and refined petroleum products.

X-ray Fluorescence Sulfur Analyzer Feature:

  1. Windows-based operating platform for user-friendly operation.

  2. Non-destructive testing, requires no high-temperature processing or chemical reagents, and allows for sample recovery.

  3. Low sample consumption (2–4 mL per test) and rapid detection, providing accurate sulfur content measurements in as little as 30–60 seconds.

  4. Uses low-cost, disposable, single-film sample cups to prevent cross-contamination between samples.

  5. Sample concentration, ID, and date can be recorded directly on the back of the cup.

  6. Rapid instrument calibration using dedicated standard samples, instrument status and electrical parameters are assessed via count and energy spectrum measurements of reference samples.

  7. Automatic gain correction, automatically adjusts algorithms to maintain measurement accuracy and extend equipment lifespan if X-ray tube energy output drops due to prolonged use.

  8. Rapid instrument calibration is achieved simply by inserting dedicated standard samples.

  9. Intelligent assessment of current instrument status and electrical parameters via count and energy spectrum measurements of reference samples

  10. Comprehensive spill prevention and multi-layered safety protection: contamination prevention, leak protection, and rigorous X-ray shielding.

  11. Massive data storage capacity; analysis results and calibration curve parameters can be queried online at any time, ensuring excellent traceability.
