disinfection and drying soft endoscopes (such as gastroscopes, colonoscopes, and bronchoscopes).
It is widely used in hospital endoscopy centers, clinics, and medical institutions. It can effectively remove
contaminants such as blood, tissue residue, and microorganisms from the surface and internal channels of
endoscopes, preventing cross-infection.
Soft Endoscope Washer-Disinfector Feature: 1. Reliable, practical and safe design: The cleaning and disinfection tank adopts an island-style liquid-saving
design (volume ≥ 20 L), which is integrally heat-sealed and vacuum-formed from ABS+acrylic PMMA polymer
composite material. The tank has a protruding design in the groove design to reduce the contact area of the endoscope.
2. Intelligent irrigation, user-friendly: The cleaning and disinfection tank is equipped with at least two infusion ports
that can connect to endoscope. The infusion ports are made of stainless steel and can be quickly plugged in and unplugged.
It automatically identifies the number and type of endoscopes and precisely adjusts the pressure and flow rate to optimize
the cleaning and disinfection effect.
3. Thorough disinfection and intelligent management: Utilizes reusable peracetic acid as the disinfectant with a dosage ≤10 L.
Employs a dual-stage spiral spray design (upper + lower), with synchronously rotating spray arms to eliminate blind spots in
disinfection. Features full lifecycle management of the disinfectant solution, expiration reminders, and automatic sampling
functions, ensuring safety and reducing costs. The equipment also includes a built-in sterile water filter, using sterile water
for rinsing to prevent post-disinfection contamination.
4. Detailed protection: Integrated endoscope lumen drying function, drying gas filtration accuracy ≤0.1um, filtration level
up to 99.99%, easy filter installation, convenient maintenance and replacement. Tempered glass door, fully monitorable,
automatic foot-operated door opening and closing, avoiding secondary contamination.
5. Intelligent control and full traceability: A 7-inch IPS full-view high-definition touch screen integrates buttons and control
screen, providing an excellent human-machine interaction experience. The interactive embedded control system is responsive
and stable. Support for the creation of endoscope/personnel files, export of disinfection data records, and has a reserved
traceability interface, enabling single-machine closed-loop or system-level traceability.
