This rotary slice vacuum pump is a positive displacement pump that continuously operates in the pump chamber with the help of rotating blades, causing the pump chamber to be divided into two different areas by rotating blades. The volume of the pump chamber is periodically expanded and reduced, allowing gas to be sucked in, compressed, and discharged, achieving vacuum pumping of the container.
Structure:
This rotary slice vacuum pump is composed of two working chambers connected in series and rotating at the same speed in the same direction. The extracted gas is pumped into the front stage pump chamber, compressed and discharged into the rear stage pump chamber. After compression, it is discharged from the pump chamber and discharged through a mist reducer (exhaust pipe) outside the pump.
