This portable real-time quantitative PCR incorporates several advanced technologies to ensure superior performance and stable operation. The real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR detection system adopts a 4-channel, dual 16-well module, which runs two files simultaneously. In addition to this, the Win10 operating system with analysis software allows genotyping, relative quantification, etc., and quantitative analysis and printing of reports can be done without a computer.

Real-time Fluorescence Quantitative PCR Detection System Features:

  1. The adoption of highly sensitive photodetector and side-scanning technology improves the accuracy of detection.

  2. Place Positive and negative air vent designs side by side to save laboratory space so quantitative PCR is small in size, light in weight and easy to carry.

  3. 20G flash memory can save 40,000 experimental data. Optional printer: you can directly print the records. There is no need to connect to a computer.

  4. They imported 32 optical fiber bundles, collecting fluorescence from the side, increasing fluorescence signal intensity and reducing light conduction damage.

  5. LED light source has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, long life, maintenance-free, etc.

  6. Electromagnetic locking lid technology and over-current, over-temperature, power failure data recovery, and other protection functions prevent accidental opening of the thermal cover to ensure the operator's safety in the use process.
