CRT-1114 was designed to determine the coking tendency of diesel, heavy fuel oil, and lubricating base oils following thermal cracking. Widely used in oil refineries, lubricant formulation R&D, and coking monitoring for in-service heat transfer fluids and compressor oils, as well as by customs authorities and third-party testing agencies.
Split-unit design, consisting of a high-efficiency heating unit and an intelligent temperature control unit.
Heating unit integrates a metal bath, a high-power electric heater, and a high-sensitivity thermocouple.
Control unit is equipped with a high-precision temperature controller and an SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) regulation system.
The system delivers high overall power and rapid heating.
