PCR-RFQ164I/II is an easy-to-use 16-well real-time quantitative PCR detection system. The product design is compact and occupies a small area.
The instrument is equipped with 4 fluorescence channels as standard, and can also be configured as 2 channels and 5 channels according to application requirements. It is widely used in biological research, rapid diagnosis of human pathogens, food safety testing, animal, plant and agricultural pathogen detection and other fields.

Ultra-fast reaction mode: it adopts innovative data acquisition design and high-speed temperature control system, the detection time of 5-color 16-well can be shortened to 2 seconds, which can minimize the difference in PCR extension time of different wells caused by the detection time. The experiment of 40 cycles can be completed in 20 minutes. The yellow curve is the standard speed of conventional instruments (60 minutes, 40 cycles), and the blue curve is the fast mode (25 minutes, 40 cycles).
Low noise: average working noise is 50 dB.
Based on confocal scanning fluorescence detection technology, it can effectively remove the interference of background light and excitation light, obtain fluorescence signals with high signal-to-noise ratio, and save the use of fluorescent probes and dyes.
High-performance, long-life monochromatic LEDs are used as excitation light sources, without thermal attenuation and lifetime maintenance-free. High-performance silicon photomultiplier tubes can obtain high fluorescence signals under weak excitation light and reduce photobleaching.
The fluorescence quantitative PCR detection system uses linear fluorescence time-sharing scanning technology to ensure the uniformity of all fluorescence acquisitions, improve the accuracy and uniformity of CT values, effectively reduce edge effects, and do not require ROX calibration.
Excellent temperature uniformity and fast data detection ensure the accuracy of reaction temperature and time between different test tubes, so that the concentration difference of 1.33 times of the target gene can be reliably detected.
The real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR detection system amplification detection results have excellent repeatability and good amplification efficiency, and can provide a dynamic range of 10 orders of magnitude.
