The UV lamp induces oxidation in the organisms, transforming organic substances into carbon dioxide. The detection method employed is the direct conductivity method. Total organic carbon (TOC) is calculated as the disparity between the total carbon (TC) concentration in samples tested after oxidation and the concentration in samples not subjected to oxidation, which accounts for the total inorganic carbon (TIC). In other words, TOC is calculated as TOC = TC - TIC.
Our proprietary signal management system, protected by patent law, offers significant advantages such as online configuration, real-time monitoring, self-diagnostic capabilities, and flow speed control, ensuring optimal performance and safe operation.
The low-current system design is also geared towards enhancing operational safety.
Varied temperature settings for different samples guarantee thorough sample digestion, enhancing the accuracy of measurement data.
Dynamic adjustment of cooling module power based on sampling volume enhances drying performance, ensuring the delivery of dry gas to the detector.
The automatic leak check system mitigates operational errors, boosting instrument performance and overall safety during operation.
The flow rate control system prevents any adverse effects caused by fluctuations, ensuring precise data.
TOC detector, featuring a 24-bit data solution, expands the monitoring range, while the controlling system, utilizing 32-bit processing technology, significantly enhances overall performance.
Widely used in drinking water, industrial water, sewage, wastewater, and monitoring of rivers, lakes and oceans, surface water etc.
