This product is a special packaging bag for low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization. The packaging bag is made by pressing medical dialysis paper and high-temperature film together. The special chemical indicator color blocks printed on the surface of the medical dialysis paper in the packaging bag undergo chemical reactions and color changes under conditions of 2% formaldehyde content, 60 ℃ temperature, 30 minutes of action time, and 2% formaldehyde content, 78 ℃ temperature, and 10 minutes of action time during low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization. Distinguish whether items have been sterilized based on color changes.
According to the volume of the item to be sterilized, cut a suitable length of packaging bag, and seal both ends of the sterilized item with a sealing machine (sealing temperature of 180'C-200'C). Place the packaging bag into a sterilizer for sterilization treatment. After sterilization, remove the packaging bag and observe the discoloration of the chemical indicator color blocks on the surface of the medical dialysis paper. If the color of the indicator color blocks changes (from red to yellow after low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization), it indicates that the packaging bag has undergone low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization treatment.
The minimum packaging length used must include at least one color change block.
If there is poor sealing or damage after sterilization, the use of sterilized items is prohibited.
It is prohibited to come into contact with acidic, alkaline, and chlorinated substances, and to prevent moisture (relative humidity less than 60%).
Pay attention to avoiding light (UV lamps, fluorescent lamps, and sunlight), and seal and store in a dry and ventilated place.
Disposable and not reusable
