This is an economical manual plate sealer for preventing sample loss and spatial cross-contamination caused by evaporation and leakage during the detection process of various microplates. Suitable for general adhesive sealing film, heat sealing film, puncturable heat sealing film, optical heat sealing film (quantitative PCR) permanent heat sealing film. Alternative to manual sealing film, to ensure that the sealing plate is firm and the sealing film is uniform.

PS-M200 manual plate sealer is used to seal a wide range of microplates (cell culture, Elisa, PCR and deep well plates) to store samples, prevent evaporation and minimize contamination. It is suitable for a wide range of heat-sealing applications in any laboratory, including PCR, colorimetric, fluorescent, and long-term storage.
Fast heating up to 170°C in 5min
Adjustable sealing temperature improves package sealing and avoids overheating.
Suitable for different microplates and heat sealing, flexible to use
Precise time, temperature and pressure, easy to adapt to different packing boxes to ensure consistent sealing.
Adopts a unique drawer-type sliding platform for easy access to microplates, saving workforce and operation time
Reduced cost of ownership by eliminating the need for complex maintenance
Overheat protection ensures greater safety during operation.
Using a manual sealer involves a few simple steps:
Prepare the Bags: Place the item(s) you wish to seal into the plastic bag or pouch. Ensure the opening is free of any dirt or moisture for a proper seal.
Set the Temperature: Adjust the heat setting on the manual sealer if applicable. This will depend on the thickness and material of the bag you're using.
Position the Bag: Place the open end of the bag evenly on the sealing bar of the manual sealer.
Seal the Bag: Press down on the sealing arm (usually a lever or handle). Hold it down for a few seconds to allow the sealing bar to apply heat and pressure, creating a secure seal.
Release and Remove: Once the light indicator turns off (if applicable), release the handle or lever. Gently remove the sealed bag.
Check the Seal: Make sure the seal is uniform and secure. If the seal is weak, you may need to adjust the heat setting or apply more pressure.
This process is ideal for sealing food, medical items, or other products that require airtight packaging.
