The analytical weighing balance features a compact and lightweight design, making it suitable for routine laboratory weighing tasks. The clean layout and stable structure ensure reliable performance in daily use.

The analytical weighing balance is equipped with a clear digital display and simple control buttons. The interface allows quick reading of results and efficient parameter adjustment during operation.

Before calibrating an analytical balance, prepare standard calibration weights, lint-free gloves, and cleaning tools. Place the balance in a stable environment free from drafts and vibrations, and turn it on to allow it to warm up for approximately 30 minutes.
Clean the weighing pan with a brush or anti-static tool to ensure no dust remains. Use the leveling indicator to adjust the instrument until it is level.
Next, perform a tare operation to reset the display to zero. Select a calibration weight that covers the full measurement range and place it in the center of the weighing pan. Compare the displayed value with the standard value; if there is a deviation, make adjustments according to the instructions.
If necessary, repeat the calibration using weights of different ranges to ensure accuracy across the entire measurement range. Upon completion, record the calibration data for quality control and traceability purposes.
