The second-generation dry vortex pump structure has excellent pumping capacity, ultimate vacuum performance, and advanced design features. The dry vortex pump (second-generation) has been optimized based on the first generation vortex pump, increasing pumping speed, achieving higher ultimate vacuum, lower power consumption, and noise. A smaller volume can be used to vacuum condensable vapors (including water, solvents, dilute acids, and bases) with the help of gas ballast function. The second-generation dry vortex pump also adopts optimized end face sealing technology, significantly extending the time interval for replacing the end face sealing strip. More suitable for applications involving water vapor and certain weakly corrosive substances.
