Continuous flow ultrasonic cell crusher is a multifunctional and multi-purpose instrument that utilizes ultrasonic waves to generate cavitation effects in liquids. It can be used for the fragmentation of various animals, plants, viruses, cells, bacteria, and tissues, as well as for emulsification, separation, homogenization, extraction, defoaming, clarity, preparation, dispersion, and acceleration of chemical reactions of nanomaterials. Instruments are widely used in fields such as biology, microbiology, physics, zoology, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, chemical engineering, wastewater treatment, nanomaterials, etc.
The continuous flow system includes a peristaltic pump and a continuous flow cup with a double-layer stainless steel structure, which can be equipped with a chiller. The continuous flow system can increase the processing capacity of a single system to 10L.
