The digital display can show the running status and parameter settings in real time, and the user can monitor the experimental process at any time.
Users can easily set parameters such as speed and time. The overall design of the low speed centrifuge is ergonomic and comfortable to operate.
Effective heat dissipation design helps the centrifuge to run stably for a long time and ensure the continuity of experiments.
Separation of biological samples such as cellular material, blood, stem cells, urine, etc.
Harvesting of cells from cultures (protein expression, bioprocessing)
Granulation of plant and animal cells, bacteria, and membrane organelles or fractions
Clinical, biomedical, biochemical, proteomics, pharmaceutical, molecular biology, etc.
What is the minimum speed increment?
The speed increases in 100 rpm increments.
What is the maximum acceleration and deceleration time?
Acceleration to maximum speed takes approximately 30 seconds and deceleration takes approximately 20 seconds.
How do I maintain the rotor and interior of the low speed centrifuge?
Clean once a month by unplugging the power cord and removing the rotor. Clean with a soft damp cloth and a neutral detergent (e.g. alcohol). Disinfection can be done with diluted 70% ethanol. Avoid direct pouring of water. Leave to dry after cleaning before installation.
Which cleaning agents to avoid?
Avoid cleaning agents containing chlorite ions, acetone and aggressive cleaning agents, as well as dishwashers.
How do I balance my sample?
Ensure that the sample is balanced to avoid damage to the centrifuge. Check the rotor bore for residue. If there is only one sample, place a test tube with the same volume of water in the opposite hole. Balance samples of different densities by mass.
Other safety precautions?
Place the low speed centrifuge on a flat, sturdy surface. Do not open the lid during operation. If shaken violently, unplug the power cord immediately.
