Water activity mainly reflects the amount of free water in the food, its stability and the possibility of microbial reproduction, as well as the chemical, enzyme and physical changes that can affect food quality.

The portable water activity meter WA-160A weighs only 100 g and offers precision up to 0.02 aw, meeting the need for effortless water activity measurement anytime, anywhere.
