TE-I & CS-I Tissue Embedding Center & Cooling System Successfully Shipped to Mexico

Scitek has successfully completed the production and shipment of a TE-I Tissue Embedding Center and CS-I Cooling System in Mexico.

Before shipment, the complete system passed factory inspection and functional testing. Temperature control, paraffin dispensing, cooling performance, electrical safety, and overall operation were all verified according to Scitek's quality standards. After the final inspection, the equipment was securely packed and shipped to Mexico.

The system will be used for routine tissue embedding in a pathology laboratory. It helps improve sample preparation efficiency while providing stable and consistent embedding results.

Precise Temperature Control for Daily Laboratory Work

The TE-I Tissue Embedding Center features independent temperature control for the paraffin reservoir, working surface, wax dispenser, and forceps wells. Each heating zone can be adjusted separately to suit different laboratory workflows.

The precise temperature control keeps paraffin at the correct working condition throughout the embedding process. This improves embedding quality and reduces unnecessary paraffin waste.

Efficient Cooling for Better Sample Preparation

The CS-I Cooling System provides a large and uniform cooling surface for paraffin blocks after embedding.

The cooling plate quickly solidifies paraffin and helps maintain the correct tissue orientation before sectioning. Stable cooling performance also shortens processing time and improves laboratory efficiency.

Fully Tested Before Shipment

Every Tissue Embedding Center and Cooling System is tested before leaving the factory.

Only after all tests are completed does the equipment proceed to packaging and shipment.
