The system delivers efficient, high-precision seal testing across multiple specimen types pouches, bottles, tubes, cans, and cartons. Furthermore, it verifies sealing performance on specimens subjected to drop and compression tests, providing end-to-end assurance of product quality and safety.

The intelligent leak tester is equipped with automatic blowback and pressure release at the end of each test, minimizing manual operation and saving time (except for ALT-01).
Equipped with three sets of independent electronically controlled valves to minimize operational interference among them.
The intelligent leak tester enclosure is made of stainless steel and features a high-temperature powder-coating finish, which enhances the instrument’s durability.
