The AS-200 is widely applicable in the pharmaceutical, environmental, food, and agricultural sectors. It can also be used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, and textile for solid sample testing, as well as in research institutions and universities. Its primary function is to convert samples in various states into a gaseous form suitable for TOC analyzers to monitor organic content.
Powerful operational software enables one-stop operations, including instrument control, status monitoring, data processing, and data access.
Optional audit trail software is available, meeting GMP requirements for computerized system validation and FDA 21 CFR PART 11 standards for electronic data integrity, electronic signatures, and audit trails.
The independently developed circuit system and embedded software, combined with a high-performance embedded processor, ensure stable and reliable system operation.
Consumable management functionality is enabled, providing intelligent reminders for customers to replace consumables, enhancing user experience.
Multiple standard curves can be selected for analysis during sample testing. The software automatically chooses the optimal standard curve based on the sample's response value and applies it in calculations.
The instrument features a modular design, greatly facilitating operation, maintenance, and repair.
Detection range is 0.1-30mg, with a maximum capacity to measure 1g of solid sample, meeting various application needs.
High automation level: TC and TIC sample boats are automatically pushed, and acid is automatically added for TIC analysis.
