User-frendly Water Collection
There are two options for water collection: manual collection and quantitative collection, making the water collection process more user-friendly.
During water collection, the current flow rate, cumulative water volume, water quality, water temperature, and water tank storage capacity are displayed, allowing users to track each water collection session.
When using ultra-pure water, if the water quality falls below the set value, the system will initiate a purification cycle until the water quality meets the standards.
Quantitative water collection function: can be set from 10ml to 999999ml.
Qualitative water collection function: can be set from 1 to 18.25 MΩ.cm.
Comprehensive Water Quality Monitoring
Online monitoring of three water quality parameters: inlet conductivity, pure water conductivity, ultra-pure water resistivity, and temperature.
Automatic alarm and display when there are abnormalities in the three water quality parameters (parameters can be set).
High-precision conductivity and resistivity monitoring device with a conductivity electrode constant of 1.0cm-1 and a resistivity electrode constant of 0.02cm-1. It also has temperature compensation function with a temperature sensitivity of 0.1°C, ensuring the accuracy of water quality monitoring.
Optional TOC analyzer for online monitoring of TOC (Total Organic Carbon) in ultra-pure water.
Consumables Management
The service life of PP, AC pretreatment columns, RO reverse osmosis columns, UP purification columns, UV lamps, and UF ultrafiltration membranes can be determined by the user (with customizable service life). The system allows users to check the duration of consumable usage, water volume treated, and replacement dates.
Each consumable is equipped with a unique code, and the system can store and view information about consumable replacements, making it convenient for daily maintenance of consumables.
Alarm Management
The deionized water purifier has a comprehensive alarm management function, mainly managing alarms for influent water quality, purified water and ultrapure water quality, influent water pressure, and the service life of all consumables. When an alarm occurs, an alarm interface will automatically pop up, displaying and storing the current alarm information.
Advanced internal circulation and dosing disinfection system
Ultrapure Water Internal Circulation System: This system ensures a stable water quality at all times. The circulation function can be adjusted according to your requirements, allowing you to easily turn it on or off as needed.
Ultrapure Water Full Pipeline Dosing Disinfection System: This system enables circulation disinfection, disinfection of water outlets, water tank replenishment, and manual drainage. It provides a comprehensive and effective disinfection solution for maintaining the purity of the water.
These features ensure that the ultrapure water produced by the deionized water purifier is of the highest quality and free from any contaminants.
Traceability of data
The deionized water purifier‘s system can automatically store records of historical system alarms, historical water quality information, consumable usage, etc. The data can be exported in a complete manner through the USB Host data interface, achieving traceability of data.
